What would be good size of tires? I am not trying to buy the extreme fat tire that would barely miss the fender on turns, but just something that would clear ok and still look descent?

thanks!

Although you may think we know everything some info about your car would help. Year? Tires on it now? Rolled fenders?

Not sure exacly what you are lowering, but here is what I have:

65 fb with 1 inch drop 620s and mid eye 5 leaf springs in the rear. I also have the shelby a arm mod on the front and 4 wheel disc brakes (which change the track slightly)

This pisture shows the car with 225 50 15 on 15x7 with 3.75 BS on all 4 corners with no hitting rubbing or rolling.

And this picture shows the same car with 17x8 4.75 BS and 235 45 17 in the front and 255 40 17 in the rear which required my rear fenders to be rolled.
