I've got a factory 4spd shifter mechanism that is complete with the shifter body, rods and shifter handle. The handle itself is rough, but the rest is great. I am looking to trade it for a complete Hurst Competition Plus toploader shifter with rods, shifter and handle.

I've got a C+ shifter body and handle, no rods...

How do you tell if it is a Hurst Comp + set up?

I currently have a Hurst shifter in my 65 fastback and want to go back to original. It is tight with a shorter throw and has all links as it is still in the car. What year is your shifter? Thanks, Jack.
