I have:

A set of 4 '06 F-150 Lariat wheels (6 lug) and tires (1,500- 2,000 miles on them)

A 289 engine (UNMOLESTED AND NEVER BEEN REBUILT)with a 4v intake, carb and C4 trans (all need to be rebuilt)

A model 4100 4v carb (needs rebuild)

289 heat shield (smog equipment)

2 Interco Super Swamper 36" tires with 3/4 tread.

289 A/C brackets and pulleys

and if none of that interests you, I'll throw in a cat. HA HA

I need 390GT parts

What is the venturi size on the autolite 4100? Is it for a manual or automatic transmission? Can you attach a photo of the carb? I don't have any 390 parts, but might be interested in 4100 is the price is good.

I wish I knew more about it. Its clean, it's off an automatic car. I got it from a friend who took it off when he put a larger, better breathing Holley on his car. His car was the "A" code 67 and it is the stock carb for that car. Not sure if it's ever been rebuilt.

hate to tell you but thats a 4300 not a 4100 and i dont think it would have come from the factory on a 1967.

I did a little homework: It is not a model 4100- but it did come on a 1967 A-code mustang. We both get educated:


The Autolite 4100 series four-barrel
carburetor is an outstanding piece -
easy to tune, reliable, and offers good
performance. This carburetor was
used on 289-4V and High Performance
engines from 1963-66, and in 1967
only on the Hi-Po. The 1967 289-4V
engine was equipped with the 4300
carburetor.


Autolite/Motorcraft 4300
Beginning in 1967, Ford set its sights on improved emissions. The Autolite 4300 four-barrel
carburetor was conceived to replace the 4100 as a means to both improved emissions and
performance. The 4300 differed greatly from the 4100 with its slightly larger secondary throttle
bores and smaller primaries. From the start, there were teething problems with this carburetor. It’s
first year out, only one version of the 4300 was implemented at 441cfm—not enough carburetor in
any case. The following year, 1968, a larger 4300, a 600cfm unit, was employed for specific big-
block applications only. The 441cfm 4300 carb was dropped in 1970. In 1974, the 4300 was
replaced by the 4350.

In 1971, the Autolite 4300D yielding 715cfm came into play on certain 351 Cleveland engines—the
Boss 351 and the 351 Cobra Jet. What made the 4300D different from the 4300 was its spreadbore
design, like the Rochester QuadraJet, Carter Thermo Quad and Holley Spread Bore. The 4300D
offered huge quantities of air when power was needed.

hey man what size tires are on the lariat wheels???? i spoke wih you earlier about the s-code parts i have...i may be interested in the wheels and tires for my truck...let me know,,,thanks jack

I'm going to pick them up today from my other house. I just moved. I'll take a few pics for you and get you the exact size.

ok sounds good,,,,im hoping they are the same as my 2000 F-50 lariat,,,as i need a new set bad,,lol..just let me know,,thanks jack

The lugs are different, they are 6 lug.
Tire size is 265-60R18
The tires are BF Goodrich Long Trail T/A's
Less than 1200 miles on them

How about some 36" Interco Super Swampers... darn, no those wont work either, they are for a 16in rim. DOH!!!

Maybe this would appeal to someone...

I just picked up on a 90% original '68 Galaxie 500 XL fastback. Z-code 390 4v, C6 automatic, factory a/c (missing compressor), console shift. Arizona/ California car. Been residing in Arizona at an older gentlemans house on 5 acres of land in Northwest Phoenix. Runs good and drives but needs a restoration. I'm looking to trade it for a S code 390 mustang basket case that has the original drivetrain or I'll sell the Galaxie for $4k
