Any of you guys know where i can get rent a good flatbed trailer in Texas? Also If i towed a auto car with a dolley, they say u have to disconnect the drive shaft from the axel, would that take long?

It is better to disonect the drive shaft on any long haul. If your leave the drive shaft connect, you could burn up the bearings in the trans. It is typically easy to disconnect the drive shaft. There should be 4 nuts holding 2 U joints. On mine, the nuts are 7/16 inch. It would be best to remove the drive shaft and plug the back of the trans. Else I would recomend rigging a secure way hold the drive shaft under the car. As far as renting a trailer, just about any U-Haul has them. Take a look in the phone book. Good luck :)
