Check with Intercity Lines (www.intercitylines.com). Everyone I've heard who has used them gives them a thumbs up and their rates are competitive. Also, they only used enclosed transport.

I used Reliable Transport out of Canton, Michigan. They were competitive at the time I looked. It was an open trailer. They do a lot of vehicle transport for the auto industry. Don't know if they go through Kentucky though.

There is a web site called movecars.com, here you will have access to over 100 auto transport companies. Most of them will have a hot link to their site from the movecars.com site. Alot of the transports will indicate where they will travel and most of all of them will provide an e-mail quote. I used a company called All Enclosed Air Ride. Nice People to deal with, and my car arrived to WI from OR with out a hitch! Good Luck!
