I played hooky this afternoon and worked on my fastback. We're really starting to see some progress now. I put in some of the brake lines, the fiberglass hood is ready for primer tomorrow, and the brand new driveshaft fits like a dream. I even got to see the headlight buckets on the car for the first time. /forums/images/icons/cool.gif

What's really cool is that I ordered the heavy duty steel driveshaft from Denny's Driveshafts and figured I would have to paint it. When we pulled it out of the box it's already painted in gloss black paint that matches the subframe connectors perfectly. So, we slid it in place and just need to get the right bolts to attach it tomorrow. /forums/images/icons/smile.gif/forums/images/icons/smile.gif/forums/images/icons/smile.gif
