OK, I got my park lights back after I found the battery was low, but still no turn signals, front or rear. I checked the lines to the flasher and one has 12 volts with the key on, the other has nothing even with the signal lever up or down.
Any thoughts?

There should be 2 flashers, 1 for t/s and the other for 4 way's. The flasher will have 12vdc positive in and when the flasher opens the circuit it will b a ground. Simple test to make sure the circuit is good to the rear light's is do this. Have the ign, switch off and have some one at the rear of the car. Step on the brake's and both brake light's should come on. Move the t/s lever to the right and the right brake light should go out. do the same with the left side. If this all work's, Look for a open ign. circuit to the t/s switch. It is possible the flasher is open.
