Someone asked a couple of weeks about about absolutes in restoration... apparently another one for me is I will absolutely never run out of dumb questions!

1) Do ALL 1966 cars have stainless trim on the brake / accelerator pedals? Shari doesn't on either. Missing, or never had?

2) On the Cat, I'm replacing the in-line fuel filter (Fram G2). Which end goes towards the fuel pump? The side with the filter, or the side without? I would think the side without, but I'm not sure.

Thanks Dan! I do have standard interior... for the moment. I need to make sure that I have trim for the Pony conversion, though.

Dan is correct chrome trim is for pony interior.

On the filter are you sure that the flow direction isn't stamped on it?

Quite sure. The old G2 did, but it was also in an opaque container. The new one is clear. Either it doesn't matter, or anyone who's not a complete newbie should know.
