Well for those of you that replied to my backfiring problem I figured I should post the solution to the problem. After I installed the new motor and put everything together I decided to move a couple of plug wires so they looked nice and neat. You got it! Some how I had #4 and #7 switched which didn't cause a very noticeable miss. Believe it or not the the simple things are the easiest to miss. The way I noticed it was by pulling the plugs, #7 never fired and was clean as a whistle.
I get the award for the next week or so!
