well folks... for the few of you who have followed my project/listened to my irritated rants about my car and things breaking... i finished my toploader swap. all in all, it took about 2 months to get all of the parts together and then took a grand total of about 3 days to install between me, one of my buddies, my dad and my brother. but let me tell you, its a great feeling :).

now for the dilemma... i just finished breaking in the clutch a couple days ago, so i figured i'd take her out and see what she could do. long story short... every time i would hit it, around 2800 rpms in every gear there would be a severe gurgle/power drop for a split second, and then it would kick right back up to about 3000 rpms and be fine. is it just the carburetor, or is it something else? TIA.
