This is a follow up on my I6 granada disc conversion.

"The ball joints are exactly the same. Same A arms and everthing. The tie rod ends for the 6 cyl are different. If you can find a V8 centerlink and a inner tie rod ends you will be all set. "

Do these parts have to come from a 65-66 mustang? Are there any newer cars that I can get them from??

65-66 parts are redily available from any mustang vendor, and probably even most autoparts stores.. Besides old used ones are probably well worn and in need of replacement anyway.. Don't forget the idler arm and pitman arms are different form 6>8 as well..

I just picked mine up from advance auto. Was a lot cheaper than the local mustang guy and a little cheaper than the mail order parts places. You can get it all there. Perhaps a kit will save you some money though if you need it all, just be careful of what brand of parts you are getting.
