V8 swap steering- what parts are differenet?

Which parts of my 6 cly steering need to be switched out for v8 peices. Does anyone know the seterring box code for 16:1 for v8, with the short shaft? Thanks.

What year are you talking? The short shaft boxes didn't appear until 67, which for 67 and up the V8 and 6 cyl steering linkages are the same.For the years 64.5 through 66 the V8 and L6 steering linkages are completely different, the only thing they share in common is the steering box, everything else is different. The tag numbers for 65-66 boxes with 16:1 are HCC-AX and HCC-AW.
