I'm having to do a full strip and rebuild of the heater box and AC box.
Trying to find the 3 x vacuum actuators for the rebuild.
NPD is my go to and no luck.
I'm in Australia, help much appreciated.

Hi Jeff, try Classic Auto Air, their Original Air division sells parts for original systems.

Ford/Mercury A/C Vacuum Actuator New (1-port)
I probably still have a few originals as well. How urgently do you need them. What year car do you have? Details are important on questions like these.

I had to do a heater box rebuild. Fortunately, I was able to reuse my existing vacuum actuators. West Coast Classic Cougars has used and new vacuum actuators. I suggest checking them out here.
+1 for West Coast Classic Cougar. I had the vacuum actuator that controls the heat-A/C door fail in my 67 with factory A/C. A/C was blowing under the dash when the car was under load. I tested the actuator and it would not hold vacuum. WCCC had a good used one.
