If you can find a set of Boss 302/Boss 351 valve covers, those are tall enough to clear roller rockers. I was able to find a used original Boss 302 valve cover on eBay after I stumbled onto a NOS Boss 302 valve cover on NPD. Those were also reproduced for a while, so check around.

As mentioned above, there are also aftermarket Cleveland valve covers you can get from the performance vendors.

It does not look like Moroso offers them anymore, but their 68040 (gold) and 68041 (blue) are my favorite 351c valve covers. They are tall enough to easily clear the stud girdle on the Crane golds I have on my car. Even though they are pretty tall I can still get them off easily for maintenance. The last new set I bought was from Jegs back in 06, but I do see them come up for sale on eBay from time to time.

Factory steel covers, as long as they don't have the drippers, will clear most roller rockers. The oversized chunky aluminum rockers may rub on the side of the breather baffle.

These long out of production chrome Moroso covers clear the valvetrain on my 351C just fine.
