Comp Cams will tell you what springs to get. Dont' skimp on valve springs or the rest of the money you spent will fall out the bottom of the block. The best way to tell if a used valve spring is ok to re-use: throw them all in the lake...any that float can be re-used.

Get 10 degree locks and retainers to match the springs. The rest sounds good...except why not spring a very few extra bucks for the moly rings? And get a roller timing chain.

Now, howabout your heads? If you don't have better than stock exhaust runner, your equal duration int/exh cam isn't optimal (or at least that's what I think)

Door handle first when cornering
