Does anyone have experience trying to put these headers in a 66 (manual trans. 4spd). I'm getting ready to and just want to be aware of any gotchas before I start. Thanks a bunch. Any suggestions on gaskets would also be helpful (they came with a set, but I'm not sure about the quality as I don't want to do this more than once)

yes, before you start modifying with a BFH remember to loosen the motor mounts and move the motor one way or the other. It's amazing the room that opens up ;)
I also found that the power steering ram lowering bracket didn't quite lower the ram far enough, I needed to space it a little further down and make an aluminum spacer block to take up the distance between the bracket and the frame.
Good luck.

Wrap the starter with heat shield...
Make sure the solenoid to starter cable is clear of the header...
Some plug wires may need wraping...
Wrap the PS cylinder boot with heat shield...
If necessary move the engine on its mounts...

Ask me how I know this!
