Is there any way to re-attach it?
I doubt it, not that would last long anyway. I'd look for a donor assembly to scavenge the inner glass frame from (as pictured below). You can probably find one with a badly pitted outer frame real cheap.
That would be a correct thing to do.

I have a few extra 65/66 vent windows. Chrome isn't great (which is why they are extras). Let me know if you want me to get some pics for you.

PS...if you want to try to fix yours, you can try Muggy Weld. It's easy to use (videos on youtube) and you'll probably pay $30-$40 for it on amazon. Not sure it will hold up the stress, but it could work.

I located a $30 donor so think I'll go that route instead of a new repop. Likely a better fit.
