What can cause a vibration in a front wheel in a small speed band (95 - 105 kph)? I've rotated the tyres, but that doesn't seem to make much difference...
Perhaps wheel balance. I've had a suspension shop tell me that my aftermarket wheels need to be balanced on a machine that can hold the wheel through the lug bolt holes, since balancing on the center hole isn't accurate enough. Also, replacing the stabilizer bar bushings and end links (an easy process) made a world of difference on my car.
Also, the actual hubcap/wheel might be dented, and it wobbles at speed.
I have a rear hubcap that is dented, and it wobbles something horrible at 50-70 miles per hour (80 KPH - 112 KPH) If I remove the hubcap, the wobble disappears.
