65/66 are the same. 67/68 are the same.
Follow the advice in post #3.......... should be a straightforward deal.

No worries GT.
I am planning on following the advice on #3.
As usual things are much easier when you have the right tools.
The bolt is on somewhat tight.
Typical DIY guy the one tool I need, a vice, I don't have which would make the job easier.
I will probably pop into my favorite mustang shop and have them loosen the bolt on both shocks.
Should be easy peasy after that.

Thanks,

RME

I would say get a proper set of heavy duty snap ring pliers and do it that way. Undo one ring from the top bar, slide it out, slip shock end through mount, slide bar back in, slip snap ring back on, tighten it all down.

Get a good set of pliers, I destroyed a cheap multi-use pair trying to put mine together.

I’m going to take a swag at this a different way....puzzle style. Can you spin the T at all or is it pretty much locked in position in the bushing? Just wondering if you spun it 90 degrees, would it allow a fraction more clearance to finagle through the hole? Maybe not, but I thought I’d throw that out there.

CPP has bushings for for the mounts not the bearing ends.

Figured I’d try it first, I like them.

Only get one spanner wrench from CPP.
Use the included spring bearings for springs.
Definitely use anti seize on the threads.
Suggest adding lube to the top shaft pivot point.

I started with 5 compression, 10 rebound.
I have the 350# springs for small blocks.

Did great for our vacation trip to Texas and back.
This summer, I may play around with the settings,

Only did front at this time.
