Sorry, I meant Vintage 48's. Who has these on their classic stangs. These are the 8 spoke rims that's similar to the 5 spoke Torque Thrust and Vintage 45's.

Anyone got a photo of these on their stang?

The 69 and 70 TransAm race cars ran Vintage 48's. I think they look pretty cool. I was going to get 45's for my car, but it seems everyone is getting them and they're not as unique anymore.

Thanks, That's what I'm looking for!

I think they look like a cross between the Vintage 45's and the Shelby Ten spoke wheel.

I agree! they all look really good! That's why it's so difficult for me to choose. Maybe I'll wait until the car is finished and then take it down the wheel shop and see if they will let me compare each one on the car before I purchase. Whew!! choices....

Actually, the Vintage 48's are copies of the original Minilites that were on the vintage trans am cars. Panasport has been making copies of these for years also. Just an FYI

I've always thought the 48's would look best on the 69-70's. I haven't seen a pic on a 65-66....hmmm....

Has anybody seen the Shelby 10 spoke that they're coming out with in a 16x8 - could be a good choice also - Be the first on the block!!!

The 48s are cool, but I think the panasports are cooler. They look just like the trans-am wheels, the 48s are somewhat different. Plus the panasports are race approved!

I agree. BTW, I've got a set of those slotted mags on my car too! Funny, I get a lot of positive comments about them, but I really want to change to something else too. I like the minilite look, but I think it looks much better on the 69-70 models than it does on the 64-66's.
