One could only hope. If I had a desire to relocate to Florida, I would check further. I am real close to retiring from my daily rat race. Here, the rats are winning. Maybe I will change my mind by the end of this month.

That would be nice since i live right by Florida but the only problem is i think i need a LOT more practice on restoring vintage automobiles!!!!
