I converted my car from single to dual speed wipers last week, and just tried the washer fluid pump today. The wipers work fine at both speeds, but I only get a little dribble of fluid when I first try to use the pump, then nothing.

Any ideas?

As the washer pump is independent of the wiper assembly, I'd make sure the pump is running all the while the knob is pulled. If so, check for a restriction in the line from the reservoir to the pump (or a hole also).
