Cool find todd. Thanks for the link. Some of us can actually remember watching the moon walk on TV. I also remember while watching it on TV walking out to the backyard, looking up in the night sky and seeing the moon and thinking to myself there are 2 guys walking on the moon right now. fd

Been watching it most of the day now - awesome stuff. Trying to explain to my kids the significance of it.

Well, that conversation lasted a good few seconds. They came, saw and after a "huh?" that was that.
I'm still watching and amazed. Hard to think that Buzz and Neil are 78 and 79 now.
Might just have to go watch Tom Hanks in Apollo 13 (?) again.

I haven't thought of it in a long time, but I remember standing on a beach watching Apollo 11 launch as a kid. Then later we drove up to my cousins and hauling butt to get there just in time to watch Neil Armstrong step off the Eagle. Big stuff a long time ago. I feel old.
