I'm trying to figure out what dimension to use for my photo (at left). Mine is distorted. Also
trying to boost myself into out of stranger zone...

I didn't change anything on mine. My pic is kinda jagged even on my webpage. But not quite that much.

66 Coupe, 302, Auto, 3.25 gears. Candyapple Red with White Pearl Stripes. Cragars.

just a tip for sizing your pic
if you're using photoshop, paintshop or something similar, you can crop your pic to a width/height relationship of 0.867 regardless of the size. then, just resize to 65 by 75 to keep the pic in proportion. also, it helps to reduce the # of colors to take up[ less space and enable faster loading.
lots of us are putting our cars in which is tricky because most of our pics are long-ways(landscape), not portrait aspect.
