My turn signals have been acting up lately. When I put on the right signal, it blinks fine. Put on the left one, the light comes on but it doesn't blink. Since I've been driving around moving the little rod up and down when I turn left, I somehow broke that thing inside the steering column that turns the blinker off after you've made your turn. What can I do to fix this?

Try a burnt out bulb on the left side or an open wire somewhere on the left side as to the turn off thing you'll need to replace the switch.

When you replace the steering wheel retaining nut, Do not cross thread the steering shaft. If you wipe out the threads you may have to replace the entire steering box like I had to do on SPOC and that's no fun.
