Ok you Pro's What can I use to mount the power steering bracket to the left side 69 frame? the frame has the holes for the bracket but the inserts are not installed in the holes. How can I torque down the bolts that are inside the frame? Thanks

Buy the correct inserts and stick em in. Most Ford dealers have them in stock at the parts counter. That's where most VMFer's seem to get theirs. They are usually called "NutSerts". They are still used in a variety of Ford applications so they should have them in stock.
There's no other good way to attach that bracket. Unless you want to cut a hole in your frame to get a wrench in there (you don't, do you?). The NutSerts are easy, stick em in and tighten them down.

I believe Dean is correct. Come to think of it, NutSert is an aftermarket trademark name for the indentical thing.
But which would YOU rather ask for? ; )
