what type of black for 69 1/4 scoops?

Can anyone tell me what type of black the insets in a 69 sportsroof 1/4 scoops are to be painted? Flat black, semi-gloss or gloss?

If your restoring the quarter scoops were body color. The inserts were molded in a semi-gloss black so a quick spary of that should work fine
