Is it a "Ralley" wheel. I want to sell them and want to provide an acurate description.

That is a 69 chrome styled steel wheel with GT cap. The 68 wheels were painted argent. The 67 wheel looked similar to 65/66.

Layne,

Look under GT cap on the wheel itself and see if you see the FoMoCo oval with some letter/number stampings. They are repopping these wheels and originals in the shape you have can fetch a pretty good $$ from the 69 Mach 1 crowd (re: 428CJ guys)....

I thought they were called "Chrome Style Steel Wheel" from what I've seen. They were used on 68 and 69 mustangs and were standard on the 69 Mach1's with either the Gt emblem for GT cars or plain caps like I have on my Mach 1. They also came on 68 and 69 Torinos and Fairlanes from what I've seen and read.
C80Z-1130-C is for the 68/69 GT cap.
I hope I made some sense.

You'll get some good $$$ for those wheels. They are 69 Ralley Wheels. At least that's what people will be looking for in ads or on e-bay.

Can I get a clarification on these wheels -- I have a 67 fastback with similar wheels, except that they are not chrome, they are painted, and the center "dog dish" does not have the GT logo. I was told they are 68 wheels, and the chrome/GT wheels were also 68 wheels for GT cars. Can anyone out there verify what the wheels in this post are, and what I have? Especially re SYKESK's post - could mine actually be late 67 wheels? (I do know you can get "syled steel wheels" w/ blue center caps for 67 - similar to 65-66 wheels)

Thanks a lot.

Hi, the 67 wheels looked like 65-66 except they had trim rings. the 68 G/T wheel is just like the one in the picture except it is painted argent The chrome wheel as above was a 69 G/T wheel the 69 Mach 1 had the same wheel except it didn't have G/T on the center cap. John
