Howdy all,
I just got my 999 report from Ford and had a couple questions, mostly
what a two-tone hood paint job is? It's a non-NACA hood so I'm curious
what such a paint job looked like. The car is medium yellow w/black interior.
Which leads to my next question to follow shortly under another heading...
Thanks,
Doug

My guess is a black out hood

Hum, never heard of that feature, wonder if it looks like my hood, just w/o the scoops... Interested to see an official answer on this one.

Perhaps the hood was changed by the PO. All literature I've seen has the tu-tone hood option including the NACA scooped hood with twist locks. The paint was black or argent. Have you tried to obtain a copy of the invoice from Lois Eminger or Kevin Marti to further verify what the car originally came with?

I've ordered my Marti deluxe report :)) We'll see what that says.
I hope it came with the NACA hood, it'll look much better with it !
