I've got an 86 5.0 HO flywheel I was going to neutral balance and use in my 67 347. What kind of clutch options will that leave me with? Don't the late model clutches all have to use cables? I don't think I can still use the old style clutch setup, can I? Yeesh, what a mess! Thanks

The use of a cable clutch is dictated by the bell housing/release fork mechanism. Are you using the late model or the vintage version? If there are no serious dimensional differences between the "new" and "old" flywheels, I would think that you should be able to use the existing clutch set-up.

I'm using the original bellhousing. I was just worried about the actuation with a different style and size of clutch.
