You do know it's possible for there to be any old intake on there? The only sure way to check the engine is to look for the casting/part number on the block. The number is right above the starter and about impossible to read if the engine is still in the car. I have pulled the starter and been able to read them, not too fun though. You might possibly have some success with a flexible dentist-type inspection mirror and a flashlight. If the engine is out of the vehicle, it's easy to see.
