LETS SEE WHATS UNDER THEM HOODS!! ENGINE JUNKY NEEDS HIS FIX! 🤪
Im having a hard time deciding if I want to go vintage again or with a more modern look, so...
  • Drop a pic or two so we can indulge in your prize/project.
  • Goal of setup/styling for your motor I.E. - dragster, vintage, gasser, stock, hop-up, etc..
  • what muffs you running, gotta put a sound to this thing in my head
DISCLAIMER We all start or end somewhere!

BEFORE: more classic approach (60's GM inspired) 😏

Looks like a pretty stock 289, especially when I change the air filter, even more when I had the blue valve covers and original air cleaner.
But, stock, it ain't.

A bit crusty, but my '68s setup.... 289 with original Edelbrock Pro-Flo injection, ported & polished Edelbrock RPM heads and Doug Thorley headers.

My '66 GT with trick 4100 Autolite, heavily massaged cast iron heads and prototype JBA headers.

Original 289 slightly warmed. "Day 2" upgrades pushing the notes through an Arvinode exhaust system.
