I need to change the oil in a '65 (stock 289 2V) soon. The car blows a little blue smoke at idle and some black when revved up. Should I try a can of CD2 along with some 10W40, skip that and fill with 20W50 or use a mix of 10W40 and 20W50? Any favorite combination for a slight puffer?
We have some old cars. I have found that a mix of, a large can
of Engine Restore, a bottle of No-Smoke, three quarts of 40w,
and a little Dura-lube, makes the car run much better & less smoke!
