NPD and others have a brake drum kit with springs, clips, retainers and pins etc. for about $32/pair.

Is this the best place to get these parts or do auto parts stores sell the kits?

Also I need a replacement dual master cylinder (non-power 4 wheel drums) for my 68 coupe 289/auto.

Does anyone know who sells a good repro?

Thanks,

Your local large chain autoparts store will be able to get them in a day or two if they are not in stock. They often supply Bendix parts or other quality name brands, while a lot of the Mustang specialty shops sell cheap offshore kits.

Ditto. Got mine from NAPA store, for about the same.
