I have the day off tomorrow, and wanted to start the brake rebuild, but still no parts from Canadian Mustang after over two weeks. I haven't received my floor pans from Ponderosa either. Crud. Guess I'll have to cut the grass.

hmmm, where does your tracking number say the package is?

What, no tracking number? Call the idiots and get it...they should've provided it as soon as they shipped...

I've even tracked international shipments to/from Europe this way.

If they give you the runaround, fire 'em....(unless they're the only game in Canada)....

That's my .02......

Well, when I ordered a suspension kit, it took 1-1/2 weeks to get to me from CM, so hang in there. The components seem to be of good quality. Good Luck-I hope you get it tomorrow.

Well I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for my clutch set. Theres no real hurry, but still. I think NPD has something to do with that also. I used to get parts in a few days, now its turning into a week or more.

UPS doesn't have my address in their data base as Bermuda Dunes (The unincorporated town I live in.) Instead, it shows up as Indio (City who will one day annex us) So I've tracked packages all the way to their Palm Springs terminal (about 20 minutes away.) only to see them returned to sender because they couldn't find my street. You won't find it on a Thomas' Guide. Another time I watched one go to a wrong address in Illinois before it came to me. "Wrong zip code" they told me..."Dyslexia" I told them, "it's a terrible disease. You all should join D.A.M. like I did. That's Mothers Against Dyslexia." *G*

Half of my last package from NPD was returned. They delivered 1 box and sent my leaf springs back saying the address was wrong - go figure.
