We got if for free!! Should be on the road in a week or two.
Seriously, I am going to make this into a Track Car. I plan on
putting the radiators in the back like the off road truck's do,
a fuel cell and the batt. I'm going to cut the hole front off
past the shock towers and hang the grill off the fenders. I
hope to use a glass front bumper with alum. brackets.
I stripped a '64 a few years ago so I have a ton of parts.

Yep! Good eyes. That's my mom's RV. She stores it at my place.
I have a big yard. I have four cars that I am storing for friends plus
the thirteen we own. I have all the parts to put the car
together. I just need a couple of hours to work on it. It'lll be
my wifes track car. We are sharing the Mustang right now and I
want my car back! I have a screamer 289 for it with a alum. flywheel
and a toploader. Wish me luck.

We had much the same Falcons here in the early to late sixtys. In utes . sedans , and station wagons .and panel vans .
The over hang (from the back wheels rearwards , does that make sence?) was about 6ins shorter. Ford reckoned our roads were to rough and the rear would get damaged on the country tracks .
They should have beefed up the front end , they just collasped ,the ball joints just couldn't take it .
Took Ford years to recover in the sales race.
What model is the ute 62-63?

PLAY NICE !!!

It's a '64. I think the overhang on the rear will help with the
weight balance. The reason I am going to put the radiators
and batt.,fuel cell in the back is to help with the weight also.
I do hope to get a even balance from front to back.
I never liked doing what everyone else does. I like the different
stuff. You should see the look on peoples faces when we drive
the orange Mustang to the track, put on the race tires, blow there
doors off, put on the street tires and, drive it home. We have a car
trailer and I do use it, but if I can have some fun, I will.
It really gets um when my wife drives, she can really go. They look
over in the pits to see who was in that car and it's a girl.
We pit at the track with our friends who have a '69 Camaro
and a '65 Dodge Coronet. Both are very fast cars. They drive
there's to the track also.

you really can hang a "free" sign on anything and somebody will take it.
