I have a pair of 66 302 heads sitting in my garage and was wondering if they would fit on my dads 91 5.0? I want to have them ported and built with roller rockers, etc. and then swap them onto my dads 5.0 so we wouldnt lose any driving time (cuz his is also a daily driver.)Also would the cost of this be less then say some World Industries Windsor heads, or GT40P heads? Either way i would want the roller rockers at Least. Thanks

The heads will fit on the engine, but you will need the 66 intake as well. The '91s used a much larger water port in the front of the intake, and the way the '66 heads are casted the front edge of the water port on the intake would be exposed causing a rather large coolant leak. The easiest way to see this is to take a '91 intake gasket and line it up on the '66 head.

The heads will fit, the only thing is....they didn't make 302s in 66. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but that would be a 289.
