G,
Unless your water pump is a reverse flow one you need v belt pullies. If it is reversed flow, any 5.0 pullies system will work including any junk yard find. The blocks are all the same.
Bummer. I'm pretty sure it's not reversed flow as it's a pretty stock looking 302 engine, but how would I tell?

Unless there's a part number on that water pump, probably the only way to tell is to pull the pump and look at the water inlet/outlets on the timing cover side of the pump. There is also a difference in the timing covers for standard rotation, and reverse rotation.

Look at the covers below. Assuming you have the correct timing cover matched up with the correct pump, you can tell by looking down at the top of your timing chain cover which one you have. Keep in mind that you can bolt either style pump up to either style of timing cover.

Think I figured out a way for you to tell what pump you have. There are 2 more bolts on the standard rotation pump than there are on the reverse rotation pump.

So, it looks like your pump is a reverse rotation pump. Anybody disagree?....please speak up....

Standard Rotation - Arrows show the 2 additional bolt holes

Reverse Rotation - No bolt holes, just dimples

So you think I have a reverse rotation water pump?

So I can get the non v-belt pulley setup?

I looked and the current crank pulley on the engine is 8" across. That seems really big.

Yes, I think it's possible that's a 5.0L pump....counterclockwise.
