Had the opportunity to attend the weekend at Willow Springs Raceway with the Cobra Owners Club of Orange County this past weekend. Great group of folks and really nice cars. Had a blast taking the car around Big Willow track at speed. It was nice to finally have a roll bar and harness to keep me secured. Much more confidence inspiring.

Had a minor incident when the starter bolts backed out allowing the starter to hit the header and dead short the main power cable. But once tightened up no issues all weekend.

Thanks! The front suspension is a conventional coil spring setup from Global West with the addition of Opentracker’s roller perches and idler arm. The back has Mike Maier Inc. leaf springs with a 1/2” lowering block. Bilstein shocks all around. I need a panhard bar on the rear and am going to install Mike Maier’s before the next track day.

I have Mike's panhard bar on mine, probably the best thing i did on the car yet.
