Howdy all.

I would like to find a new place to have our winter get together.

The food and beer and service at the RAM were all good, but they
wanted us to give them $75 for the room, and I don't want to do that anymore.

Can anyone else think of a good place that would host about 30 people or so,
and serve good food / good beer, and not be too busy at 2 or 3 pm on a sunday
afternoon in February?

Treverso's in Naperville. No charge for the room if we book it early. I will double check on that to be sure. It is Italian food with a wide variety. Let me know if you would like me to make a reservation there.

I Love Traverso's. I brought my wife there for our first date way back when.

The only problem with it is that it is WAY out of the way for the folks who
live up north!

Something along 355 would probably work best.

How about Skuddlebutt's in Downers Grove. They are on Belmont Avenue, South of Ogden, just East of 355. They have a car show every summer, so I am sure they would be receptive. I don't think the dinning room area would be very busy on a Sunday afternoon.

Don't have any fresh ideas, but we will travel. Plus, we still have the club banner from the Bourbanais(sp?)show! I was hoping to make it to the get together this Sunday, but I am not free to do so.
