65 Mustang GT A F/b, I am repairing the dash wiring. The "pink resistor" connect's to the "red green" to ign/ switch. But where does it connect on the orther end? It had been cut. Diagram show's it disappearing into the wiring harness, over near the fuse box. (can't find where)

Pink wire goes through the firewall via harness, converts via splice to I terminal at solenoid and to the coil + position.

Thanks for the post, However, that's the way I have wired now. BUT, the wiring diagram (blue print) I have show the (pink resistor) as coming from out of the harness over near the left panel (near fuse box).
