I have a 69Mach 1 which is lowered 1 inch, just bought 15x7 R model wheels from Branda would like to know what size tires I can place on them, I don't want to roll the rims at all. All this backspacing, aspect ratio etc etc etc is giving me a headache. Someone Please help. Thanks

a GOOD tire shop should be able to fit your car. Just tell them that if the tire touches the car you're bringing them back for an exchange - at their cost.

You're just jealous because the voices only talk to me!!!

That's right. The best way to get the tires to "fit" is to have a tire shop
fit them to the car. Without seeing the car, it is hard to say what will,
and won't fit. By not rolling the lip, you cut down your size possibilities
a lot. Ride height makes all the differnce. How low can you go!!

Check out the tire-related topics in the FAQ link shown in my sig; there are links to charts that will tell you what tire/wheel sizes will work with what backspacing.

(This will work if your wheels have the 5" offset, if they came from Branda, they probably will)

Required tools for operating a Vintage Mustang:
1. Duct Tape
2. J.B. Weld
3. B.F.H. (Big Fat Hammer)
