Am I correct in saying that if one has less than 10 photos with photopoint one does not get charged the new fee??

I was wondering that too, about the ten photos. Thats the way i read it but who knows. I have less than ten and I don't think I would pay for there service since there is plenty of free space out there for my two little pictures...
