Trying to find an air passage. From my memory, air traveling in the cowl vent gains access to the car interior through the two large holes under the dash. I am trying to make my car as air tight as possible as I live in Texas and want maximum AC coldness. I had a piece of paper on top of the cowl vent (outside) and shut the door. I noticed that the paper lifted slightly meaning the air is excaping the interior via the cowl, i.e. shutting the door compressed the air. I checked to make sure, 1-the drivers side air vent was closed tight, 2-the fresh air diverter door is closed completely (I have it wedged tight via a 1x2 board in the box so no air can run through the heater core), and 3-the air box door is closed/locked.
Question - is there another way air can get out??
