1969 Fastback a friend is selling

Hello,

A friend of mine is selling a 1969 Fastback. It is a complete car, with a 6 cyl 3 speed standard. Interior is good, runs but will need a tune up for being parked the last 23 years. Minimal rust and a clear title. The vin is 9F02Lxxxxxx. He is asking $6500 for it. My question is; is this a good deal to buy then flip as I do not want to keep it. Thx

I've IM'd the OP asking for info about the car with no response. I have a feeling this is more a bragging thread than anything. At any rate, I don't think it's appropriate in the "For Sale" section. It should be in either the main forum with a less misleading title or the open discussion section.

Sounds like the car is For Sale, but only to the OP? If its a deal, he does not want someone sneaking in and buying it out from under him. Just my thought on the matter. :nerd:
