2 or 3 row radiator?

Hi Everyone!

Next week I plan on ordering a Champion radiator. I’ve spent many weeks researching radiators and for the price and what many people say, Champion puts out a pretty good radiator. Now I’m trying to figure out which to go with. I called Jegs this week and after giving them information on what I plan on using the car for, they suggested a 3 row. Just to be sure I called champion and they suggested a 2 row with 1” tubes. I would like for the car to be a daily driver which will see plenty of traffic. The car originally did have AC which at the moment doesnt work but I plan on getting it working, but that’s later down the road. The car is 68 Mustang with a 289 with an upgraded intake, 4 barrel carburetor, and headers. Nothing crazy so I think either will work. Wanted to see what other mustang owners have gone with. Any suggestions are appreciated.
You can NEVER have enough radiator with a classic Mustang. I installed a 4 row for a Shelby 428CJ in my 68 Convertible. I have never had an issue with overheating since!
