If you looking for headers advertised as 351c 2v for a T-5, your not going to find them. Have you tried any set yet? If you are using a toploader bellhousing on a T-5, you should be able to use a set of headers for a 351c 2c with toploader, the pivot is in the same place, of course. Some more info about your set up would help.
 
I have a 351C / Aussie 2V heads, FPA headers, TKO, and JMC hydraulic clutch... no problems other than dimpling one header tube to clear the steering linkage. If I had cut my transmission hump to maintain the original driveline angle this would not have been necessary.
