428 engine rebuilt 10 years ago, but never broken in. I'm trying to get it to TDC . I was able to rotate it clockwise about 90 degrees and it seems stuck. I pulled the rest of the plugs to relieve any compression and still no luck. If I really crank on it, I can actually feel the bolt tighten just a bit. I'm kind of afraid of breaking the bolt. Anyone have experience with this?

Remove the rocker shafts and try again. If it still binds, add a couple ounces of ATF to each cylinder, let sit overnight, then try again. Do NOT put the plugs back in until all excess oil has been purged from the cylinders, the rocker shafts reinstalled and the valve lash adjusted.
