Hi All,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to place my question. Does anyone know where I would find the blue colour code for the GT side stripes. I'm thinking of painting the background of the quarter panel ornaments the same colour. The colour of my car is white something to make them stand out more.

I hope someone can point me in the right direction.

Thank you!

The O.P. asked for the color code, not the paint code, of the blue stripe.

Also the intent is to paint part of an emblem, so he wants to take the color code from the stripe, transfer that to a paint code so that he can paint part of some emblems.

He did not mention the accessory paint stripe.

That said, I presume that the blue stripes are already on your car, so you can't take them to a paint store for a color match? What about going to a local home paint store and pick up several color charts. Hold and match, then get that matched?

The blue stripes are on the car, not sure how many years ago they were applied. I will go to paint store to get color charts to see if I can find a match.

I know exactly what the OP asked, but there is no "code" for the color of stripes. If you want to match something you must use a spectrophotometer. And I agree with the above that close is probably good enough.
