car has a clear title
For sale is a lime green project 68 fastback with a light green interior.
This car is a 289 2V auto car. It has the original motor in the car
the C4 is not installed but it works great and doesnt need rebuilding. It's a drum brake non-power steering car. The 8 inch rear is in the car.
The complete interior is in the car less the rear folddown flat panel (fairly nice). All the glass is in the car and is nice except the windshield is cracked. The only chrome I see missing is the back glass chrome. This car was hit in the front end and needs the coresupt and front aprons replaced. I have the parts included (all new). The front rail extensions have some rust and will need to be replaced (only in front of the shock towers ). The rear aprons are nice but will need the top edge repaired at the shock tower overlap.
This car will need floorpan work and I'm sure the torque boxes will require replacement. The new floor pans are included with the car. The rear of the car is pretty nice. The trunk floors are good and the rear body is nice. Quarters could be patched but included is a new set of quarter skins. The trunk lid is also decent. All rear lights are on the car. The roof is in great shape and the doors are Ok but the drivers door will need a patch in the front lower section. I will include an extra rt fender since the one on the car is damaged. This car needs a hood, front bumper with brackets , lt h/l extension and all the grille works.
This car was parked many years ago after the front accident and the previous owner started the restoration by removing all the bent up front sheetmetal. The underbody does looks good at a glance . This car is not a rust bucket but it does need it's share of work. The price is $5500 firm with all the extra new parts. Email direct for pictures. olaf.herrick @adelphia.net Thanks Olaf

Hi Olaf:

Looks like a bomb hit the car, but I guaratee that whoever takes a chance and buys it will have a great car when it's restored. Good luck with your sale.

Roadhog
